This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the woosh.it website (the “Site”) uses, what they are for and how you can manage your choices. It covers the Site only: the tools used by the Woosh app and the web app are described in the Privacy Policy, which also holds all other information on how we process your data.
1What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and reads back on later visits. Similar technologies, such as pixels, identifiers or data saved in the browser’s storage, work in a similar way: in this policy we call them all “cookies”.
Technical cookies make the site work and do not require your consent. We use all other cookies, such as third-party analytics cookies, only if you agree. The Site uses no profiling or advertising cookies.
2Technical cookies
They are needed for the Site to work and to remember your choices. We use them without asking for your consent, as permitted by Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003).

3Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
If you agree, we use Google Analytics 4, managed through Google Tag Manager, to obtain aggregate statistics on how the Site is used: pages visited, visit duration, where you came from (for example a search engine or a campaign), device and browser type, country and approximate city. They help us understand what works and improve the Site; we do not use them to profile you or for advertising.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which processes the data on our behalf as a data processor. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised as adequate by the European Commission. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store the IP addresses of visitors from the European Union. The data collected stays in Google Analytics for up to 14 months. If you do not consent
Google Tag Manager is loaded anyway: it sets no cookies, but to download it your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive technical data such as your IP address. Thanks to Google Consent Mode, until you consent Google Analytics neither stores nor reads cookies on your device: it only sends Google signals without cookies or identifiers (for example the page visited, the time, technical information about the browser and the consent status), which Google uses to estimate visit statistics in aggregate form.
4How to manage your choices
On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. You can accept them, reject them or choose from the preferences. Closing the banner with the X counts as a rejection; continuing to browse or scrolling the page does not count as consent.
You can change your mind at any time: (the link is also at the bottom of every page). If you withdraw your consent, the Site deletes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
We remember your choice for 6 months. After that, or if we significantly change the cookies we use, we will ask for your consent again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) or install Google’s browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. If you block technical cookies, parts of the Site may not work.
5Links to external sites and services
The Site contains links to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, the App Store, Google Play and our partners’ websites. They are plain links, not embedded content: none of these services sets cookies until you open it. From then on, its own privacy and cookie policies apply.
6Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. For data collected through cookies you also have the other rights granted by the GDPR (access, erasure, objection and the others described in the Privacy Policy) and the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
